Pre-paint Washing

I had Jose do some painting for me when I was in a tight situation. He did a great job. He did it promptly and I never questioned anything that was done. The job came out super and I was very. Would recommend Jose and his crew anytime.

We recently moved into a home in West Asheville that had dingy paint, a dark blue kitchen, various scuffs and areas which needed some repair. Jose and his team literally transformed our house. It looks beautiful now. All white, and clean. They spent a whole day repairing and preparing the walls and ceilings to be painted. And had everything painted in about 4 days, including base boards and trim. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is willing to pay for high quality work. We wanted it done well the first time and Jose and his team knocked it out of the park.

Jose Ramos was our painting contractor for a new build. Although I checked on the job site almost every day, I'm still amazed at how the paint crew was able to accomplish such a nice job with several trades working side by side. Jose was great to work with. He was coming in to fix a job a different painter messed up in my house. His price was 2/3 cheaper than the other guy who did 1/4 of the work Jose had to do (the other guy used the wrong paint type to fix minor wall issues which necessitated the entire hallway and staircase to be redone). Jose was really knowledgeable and his team worked quickly and did an excellent job. I know I'll return to Jose for any painting I need done.

Couldn't be happier with Mr. Ramos' painting company and his professionalism. His crew was superlative. Trying to find a professional house painter in today's world can be challenging at best. Mr. Ramos followed up when he said he would, his crew showed up when they were supposed to. There was minimal disruption to our household over the three day period they were here. When leaving for the evening everything was cleaned up - not to mention the great job they did with the exterior painting at a very fair price. If one of the crew saw something that needed to be done, i.e. removing a downspout before painting and then putting it back up, they did so. Most "professional" painters I have been involved with would have just left the downspout up and painted around it. But it is this attention to detail that made us know we had picked the right contractor, and we will definitely be using Mr. Ramos' company for our future painting projects. This review has been a long time coming. After a bunch of unreturned calls and unreasonable quotes I found Jose and had him come out to look at the exterior of our house. He walked me around and really tried to understand what we were looking for. The quote process was painful and soon enough I hired Jose to paint the exterior of our home. They arrived right when they said they would and even though the weather was slightly uncooperative they finished right on time. This was also in spite of me messing up the paint color and wasting half of their day. The patience and understanding they exhibited through that potentially stressful situation was above and beyond anything I expected. In fact, they exceeded all of my expectations. The house looks amazing and we regularly share Jose’s name with anyone who asks. I can’t recommend them enough. They’ll be the first we call for any other painting projects we have in the future.

Jose and his crew are great. They painted the exterior of my home. Most people don't realize that the key to a great paint job is the prep. They started with a thorough pressure washing and then renailed almost all the siding. they then caulked all the holes and all the door and window frames. They then primed the whole house before finally painting. I am extremely happy with the result and have gotten an estimate for some more interior work. The attention to detail was outstanding.

Jose and his team did a lot for me. They painted all of the interior of the house. The took off my cabinet doors and painted them. They installed a ceiling fan. That fixed some cracks in the wall before painting. They repaired the exterior siding of a utility building and painted it. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them again.

Hard working, conscientious crew. Excellent mudding and painting. Workers went over everything they did at least twice to make sure it was done correctly. At the end of the day, crew was very concerned with proper clean up. We would hire these folks again in a heart beat.
